Dr Chidi Idi Eke, PhD
Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Philomena Peace Foundation, Dr. Chidi Idi Eke is a visionary leader providing leadership for Philomena Peace Foundation, South Africa and Philomena Peace Foundation Nigeria. Dr Chidi Idi Eke holds a Doctorate in Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of KwaZulu Natal, South Africa. Dr Eke lectured at the University of KwaZulu Natal, South Africa, where his calling for humanitarian work started and developed into what is known today as the Philomena Peace Foundation. A consultant and an activist dedicated to driving social impact, leadership development, and economic empowerment. As the Founder & CEO of Philomena Peace Foundation, Dr. Eke leads programs that provide educational support, economic empowerment, and advocacy for social justice. His passion lies in helping communities overcome challenges through strategic planning, mentorship, and collaborative efforts.
Dr. Eke provides leadership in developing and implementing community-driven programs. He oversees humanitarian initiatives, including education support and resource distribution, and facilitates leadership and entrepreneurship training for individuals looking to improve their lives. Through the foundation, he also organizes gender-based violence (GBV) awareness campaigns and other advocacy programs while building partnerships and securing funding to sustain its mission.
Dr. Eke is a South African Institute of Management (SAIM) member and actively contributes to various community initiatives. His commitment to creating opportunities and driving change is rooted in the belief that true impact comes from empowering and supporting others to succeed.
Our Team
A talented and innovative IT professional with a strong passion for technology, gaming and digital solutions. At Philomena Peace Foundation, Bishop plays a key role in optimizing IT operations, improving efficiency, and driving innovation.
Beyond his IT responsibilities, he also leads gaming initiatives at Philomena Peace Foundation, ensuring technology enhances growth and engagement. His problem-solving mindset, creativity, and dedication make him a valuable asset to Philomena Peace Foundation.

A human rights activist, and an ambitious young lady who is passionate about social development. During her undergraduate studies she served as a student activist and was elected Deputy Secretary of the Young Communist League of South Africa (YCLSA) for two terms, she later on was appointed Convener of the African National Congress Women’s League -Young Women’s Desk (ANCWL-YWD) and served in the National Working Committee under the Political Education portfolio. She served as a Youth Development Officer for Youth For Christ (YFC), a Christian organization that seeks to uplift and empower undeveloped communities by offering rehab programs to eradicate the scourge of substance abuse.
Miss Chonco has been serving as the Coordinator for Philomena Peace Foundation for the past five years. Her ability to manage operations, coordinate events, plan and implement projects has contributed to the organizational growth. Miss Chonco holds a qualification in Public Management from the Durban University of Technology South Africa. And is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Program in Project Management with the University Of South Africa (UNISA).

A highly organized and detail-oriented professional, Akudo currently serves as the Coordinator of Philomena Peace Foundation, Nigeria. She plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, facilitating collaboration, and overseeing projects that align with the organization’s mission. With a proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills, she streamlines processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. In her previous roles, Akudo gained experience in executive coordination, operations management, and project management, successfully optimizing processes and improving efficiency. Her ability to manage schedules, oversee communication, and implement structured workflows has contributed to the Foundation’s growth and success.
Akudo holds a degree from Imo State University and is passionate about fostering meaningful engagement. Her attention to detail, strategic thinking, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities make her a valuable asset to the Philomena Peace Foundation.

A distinguished academic, entrepreneur, and author with a strong education and business development background. She holds degrees from the University of Maiduguri and Taraba State University, Jalingo, Taraba State, Nigeria.
She is a Lecturer in the Department of Educational Foundations, Faculty of Education, at Taraba State University, Jalingo. In addition to her academic role, she serves as the Registrar and Deputy CEO of Taraba Business School, Jalingo, where she plays a key role in shaping future business leaders.
Dr. Ann is also an accomplished entrepreneur and the author of Women and Entrepreneurship Development in Nigeria: An Overview and The Elements of Educational Administration and Planning in Nigeria: A Theoretical Perspective.
She is a member of several professional organisations, including the Association of Educational Administration and Planning in Nigeria, the Association of Education Management and Policy Practitioners, and the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria.
With her expertise in education, business, and policy, Dr. Ann is a valuable resource at the Philomena Peace Foundation, bringing insights into entrepreneurship, educational leadership, and economic development.

A seasoned ICT specialist with a strong Statistics and Computer Science background, Simili serves as an IT Support Specialist at Philomena Peace Foundation. He is key in maintaining and optimizing technology systems to ensure seamless operations.
His expertise spans ICT infrastructure management, custom software development, AI technologies integration, IT security and compliance, Business Intelligence, and Education Technology (EdTech) solutions. With a problem-solving mindset and a data-driven approach, Simili is committed to leveraging technology to drive business growth, enhance security, and support digital transformation.
At Philomena Peace Foundation, his contributions have been instrumental in strengthening IT infrastructure, improving digital workflows, and ensuring data security, ultimately enhancing the organization’s efficiency and impact.
